Everything was excellent! We had such a great stay at Luciano’s place. Luciano is very kind, supportive and the best host we ever had! Highly recommend & we will be happy to visit this place again.

Luciano hielp ons aan een alternatief verblijf toen zijn locatie op het laatste moment niet beschikbaar was. (Er waren problemen met het sanitair) Wij waren erg tevreden met de communicatie en de oplossing!

Luciano ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Unterkunft war gut, ruhig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, was natürlich bei 35 Grad sehr geholfen hat. Die Stadt Sirmione ist innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Wir haben dort nur 2 Nächte verbracht, deswegen hat es uns völlig ausgereicht.

A really nice and quiet place at the garda lake. Everything was as expected and Luciano answered everyone of our requests very quickly and was very helpful and friendly! The AC in the room was a godsend! Also you can reach a lot of restaurants and bars with a 15 minute walk which was great. We would come back here anytime!

Our stay at Luciano’s Farm was great. The location was perfect for us! Luciano has been a very nice and open host with a lot of information to share. He was very communicative and was always interested in our plans for the day. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was nice for breakfast in the morning. Apart from that we were able to use a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing/drying machine. Since we were interested in the way Luciano runs his farm he was happy to show us around at tell us about everything in detail, which was very nice. Luciano put his heart into running the farm and the agriturismo which is more then noticeable. We will be happy to visit Luciano again and would recommend „Le Moie“ to everyone. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere le principali località nella zona sud del Lago di Garda. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la cordialità, la simpatia e la piena disponibilità di Luciano che ci ha consigliato posti da visitare e anche ristoranti davvero ottimi. La colazione è basic ed è inclusa nel prezzo. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e sul retro c’è un balconcino molto carino affacciato ad un ruscello.

Luciano is een geweldige host, die je met open armen en italiaanse gastvrijheid ontvangt. Alle routes, informatie en zelfs taxi ritjes op en neer regelt hij allemaal. Op en top vriendelijk. Onze kamer was prima, een paar kleine verbeterpuntjes, namelijk het bed lag niet erg lekker en de douche en wasbak waren duidelijk verouderd. De gezamelijke keuken was functioneel, maar die was nog in aanbouw.

It was a really pleasant stay at Lucianos Agriturismo! The communication was really good, the rooms were clean and pretty. We would definitely recommend this place. Luciano was so helpful and told us everything we needed to know to have a perfect vacation at Gardalake.

The room was clean and great. We had privacy as we needed with a baby. Luciano’s hospitality was really great and thanks to this was the stay much better!

Luciano ist ein super Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und hat immer eine Empfehlung auf Lager. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man ist zwar auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber dank Luciano findet man immer einen guten Parkplatz und ist schnell an seinem Ziel. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm und werden jederzeit wiederkommen. Luciano è simpatico, molto loquace, conosce il suo territorio ed è felice di darti dritte e suggerimenti. La camera è pulita, a pochi minuti da Desenzano e dal lungo lago, locali e supermercati a pochi minuti di auto e di bici, spazio per parcheggiare auto e biciclette. Great place for those who want to explore lake Garda area without the feeling of being inside the crowd of tourists, very chill and pleasant atmosphere. Luciano was so kind and friendly, he made us feel very welcomed and gave useful tips :)

luciano is a fantastic host. he went above and beyond in every way imaginable to make our stay in desenzano del garda the best it could be. he picked us up and dropped us off for the train, brought us to local cafes, and let us borrow bikes to visit the lake. we had dinner with his wife and their longer-term boarders, and they were all so wonderful. luciano treats his guests like family. the property itself is very nice and comes complete with a great dog named greg. the rooms are clean and well appointed. we could not recommend luciano’s place more!

The room was really clean and looked exactly as it looked on the photos. The location is easy to find and the surrounding is very calm. Luciano was an amazing host and so far the best experience we‘ve had. We were sorry to stay only for two days so we are sure we will come back soon for a longer stay.

Luciano was the best host I’ve ever had with Air bnb! He was so generous from the first moment, taking his time to come and collect us from the station and dropping us off again when we needed to leave. He took us to see local sights he recommended we visit and provided us with breakfast and coffee. He lent us bikes to take out to cycle to see local monuments and down to Desenzano (which was a 15 minute ride on mostly flat land, but a 45 minute walk which is very pleasant if you choose to do it by the lake). He gave us his (Hidden by Airbnb) and we could message him whilst we were out exploring and ask where he would recommend us eating/drinking and he helped us. Him and his friend also have us great recommendations for where to eat in Rome for the next part of our trip. I couldn’t recommend a stay with Luciano more if I tried. He has great plans for the future too! The room was simple but clean and comfortable, with a very nice balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine (we borrowed some glasses from Luciano) we came in April so didn’t need the air conditioning but it looked like it had it. There is a simple kitchen space downstairs for a coffee and we used it when we decided to get a takeaway one night just to eat in there so we didn’t have to eat on the bed and get crumbs. It was a really genuinely lovely place that felt like a home away from home.

Luciano ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Entdeckenswertes in der Region gegeben hat. Bei Fragen antwortet er umgehend per Telefon oder vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, hat einen großen Balkon und liegt sehr günstig, um den Gardasee zu erkunden oder mit dem Zug nach Verona zu fahren. Man erreicht von dort mühelos mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß den See und die schöne Altstadt von Desenzano. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig - Autoverkehr hört man gar nicht, allerdings etwas Zugverkehr in der Ferne und den Bach hinter dem Haus. Wir können das Quartier auf jeden Fall empfehlen und vor allem den wunderbaren Luciano.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich dafür einsetzt, dass alles gut ist. Unsere Zeit bei Luciano war sehr positiv.

Luciano is a very nice person. A warm welcome from him, excellent communication. Should you need a good plan, Luciano is there to help you or to drive you with maps, tour, internet links, etc. We recommend to anyone who looks for very nice relationship with the host. Be sure you will enjoy your stay in a quiet place.

What can you exoect: A more than warm welcome, a clean room, so helpful links and route plans, perhaps a coffee or a wine, the feeling that you come home and of course the wish to come back.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Luciano. Wir haben selten solch einen engagierten und empathischen Gastgeber kennengelernt. Er scheut keine Mühen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Es war geräumig, ebenfalls das Bad war geräumig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und war leise. Alles war sauber bei Ankunft. Es gibt eine nutzbare Gemeinschaftsküche mit Spüle, Nespressomaschine, Induktionsherd und Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist dezentral- man muss schon alles mit dem Auto anfahren. Es stehen zwei Räder zur Verfügung, die stehen aber für alle Gäste zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen Luciano uneingeschränkt weiter!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'agriturismo di Luciano per una settimana in alta stagione e che lui sia un Ospite con la O maiuscola non lo si vede soltanto dalla gentilezza e disponibilità con cui ti accoglie (ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha riportati in stazione, portati a fare aperitivo con un ottimo Lugana locale, ci ha consigliato ogni giorno posti nuovi da vedere e luoghi particolari dove mangiare, ci ha aiutati con il noleggio di una macchina visto che eravamo in treno ecc.), ma dalla cura e attenzione al dettaglio che impiega nel "farti sentire a casa tua". Ulteriori note di merito sono la pace dell'agriturismo in campagna con camere pulite e comode e gli squisiti prodotti dell'azienda ortofrutticola...non si può tornare a casa senza aver provato l'olio e le verdure delle Moie!

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto al lago e rispetto a tutte le altre località del lago. Luciano si è rivelato un host eccezionale: oltre all'averci consigliato buonissimi posti dove mangiare e posti da visitare (in modo da evitare il troppo turismo tipico del periodo), ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e dopo tanto tempo mi sono sentita davvero in vacanza. Consigliatissimo! Sicuramente, se dovesse ricapitare l'occasione, tornerei a soggiornare presso questo appartamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte insieme al nostro cagnolino. Luciano é molto simpatico, disponibile, cortese e anche ottimo consigliere per scoprire particolarità della zona. Sicuramente ci torneremo in futuro. Consigliatissimo!

We had a hearty and nice welcome at Le Moie. The apartment is equipped with basic kitchen stuff and everything you need for making your own breakfast or dinner. The balcony is quiet big and wonderful for a beer or wine in the evening or for a sunny breakfast in the morning. Luciano provides you with every information you want and gives great tips.We really liked our stay there, everyone was friendly and hearty. The dog is also great :)

Without any exaggeration: Luciano is the best host we ever had. Thats a fact. I can't say anything negative about our stay at his guesthouse. And I think everyone, who reads the description and looks at the photos will feel this way. You get exactly what you see here and even more! When we arrived, he welcomed us warmly like we were friends, who were invited to stay at his home. He was available all the time even though he worked at his farm. He brought us Coffee and fresh fruits for breakfast every single morning and helped us out if we needed recommendations or anything else. The rooms were clean, had aircon, the shower was great (good water pressure!) and there were curtains, which completely darkened the room, so you can sleep until midday if you want to. You have a balcony to the north side of the house so you can have breakfast outside in the shadow, which is amazing. There is also a kitchen with a fridge which you can use, if you want to buy your own stuff for a bigger breakfast. The location of the farm is about 2 km from the lake, you can easily walk to the lake in 20 minutes or go by bike in 10 minutes. Luciano has two bikes which you can use for free if you like. All in all I can say that we were very sad to leave after one week, because we felt like we got a new friend there. Luciano made us feel like this was our second home and you can see clearly that his only mission is to guarantee that you have a good time and feel good! If you want a five star luxury holiday with a lake view, look somewhere else, but if you want to feel like you have a second home, go visit Luciano at Le Moie! :)

Lucianos place is a VERY BIG recommendation from the both of us. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and big and with aircon. It is possible to use a kitchen with a fridge, which you share with other guest. The coffee is absolutely great (very important for coffee addicts like me). You receive it directly to the room whenever you wake up with a small breakfast treat. Luciano is one of the kindest hosts we ever met in an airbnb. Always a helping hand, giving you tips where to go and how to get there and most important, always open for an aperetivo in the evening. Trust us, you have to join these if you are into good wine and nice conversations! Thank you so much Luciano! :)

In the Luciano's apartment we felt like at home! The room was beautifully decorated and newly renovated. It had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and spacious. There were USB charging sockets next to it. Every day there was breakfast with delicious coffee that you could eat outdoors. Luciano turned out to be a lovable host, full of passion and very helpful - whenever we needed it. We had everything we needed and more. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay!

Luciano è un host bravissimo, gentile, generoso e simpatico. Ci ha consigliato un sacco di posti da visitare e di luoghi per mangiare bene, ci ha viziate con la sua frutta buonissima e la sua gentilezza. La camera è spaziosa(noi eravamo in 2 + cane grande), pulita e silenziosa. La posizione è comoda per muoversi verso Sirmione e Desenzano e anche per passeggiare tranquillamente in paese. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona sicuramente torneremo qui! Consigliatissimo 😊

Luciano is a great host. he has a lot of advice where to go and what to see depending on your interests and super friendly. our room had a private bathroom and a private balcony where we breakfast was served. Luciano was nice enough to even give us fresh fruit from his garden for breakfast since I'm vegan. it was about 20 min walking distance to the lake, but only 5 minutes by car with free parking nearby. everything we went to was never more than a 15 min. drive.
